Refund & Office Credit Policy

All sales are final. Hazel + Honey does not offer refunds on services, treatments, products, packages, memberships, deposits, gift cards, or prepaid purchases.

Any exception made at the sole discretion of management will be issued as office credit only and will not be refunded to the original payment method, issued as cash, or provided as a check. Office credits may be applied toward future services or retail purchases, have no cash value, and expire 12 months from the date of issue.

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes, as results vary by individual.
